Who runs this site

Andrei Badescu, independent consultant, Bucharest, Romania, registered as a sole trader in Romania. Contact: andrei@andreibadescu.com. I am the service provider for everything offered on andreibadescu.com and the data controller for the data described below. Registration details are on every contract and invoice.

What the site collects

• The request form: name, work email, job title, company, optional LinkedIn URL, CI system, team size, whether you already use fast runners, and anything you write in the notes. If you changed the calculator's numbers, the four numbers you set and the result are attached so I can reply with context. The link that brought you here (UTM parameters) and the referring page are attached too.
• Analytics: cookieless page views, the referring site, country, device type and page load speed, collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies or personal identifiers.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a diagnostic, which is a step you asked for before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), and to understand which outreach brings requests (legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f), with no cookies and no profiling).

Where the data goes

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form endpoint and the cookieless analytics.
• Resend delivers your request to my mailbox and sends you one confirmation email. No marketing emails follow.
• Cal.com handles the optional 20-minute booking, under its own privacy policy, only if you book.

Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

• Requests stay in my mailbox while we are in contact, and are deleted twelve months after the last message if no engagement follows.
• During a diagnostic I receive read-only exports of your CI data. They are deleted 14 days after the report. I keep only the report.
• Contracts and invoices are kept as long as Romanian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing andrei@andreibadescu.com. I reply within one business day. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or the one in your country.
